The Odlo working world is becoming increasingly international and working models are becoming more flexible. In this environment Odlo tries to position itself as an attractive employer. The attractive location of our headquarters in the heart of Switzerland helps us to offer our employees not only an interesting working environment but also a high quality of life.

The Odlo head office is situated in Hünenberg, in the incredibly beautiful Canton of Zug. The modern office building is located in the “Bösch” industrial district and can be easily reached by public transport from the Rotkreuz or Cham stations. We also offer free parking spaces around the building for employees who travel in their own car.

In our head office we have a large recreational room that includes a roof terrace, for lunch and individual breaks, a free-to-use fitness room, a table tennis table, open and bright office facilities, a modern showroom, an Odlo Outlet Store, an Odlo Brand Store and changing rooms/showers/drying room.

ONBOARDING

From your very first day at work, you should feel welcome and secure. An individual induction regarding your personal area of responsibility will be planned in advance and will provide you with a secure framework and structure during your first few weeks at work. A detailed induction programme will also give you the opportunity to get to know other employees and departments and gain an understanding of the overall structure of the company. Regular feedback discussions within the probationary period will also encourage dialogue between you and your supervisor.

At Odlo you get to play an active role in the planning of your own development. Individual personal development and needs-based further training are very important to us. The offering in this regard ranges from individual seminars to extra-occupational courses of study and training sessions. Targeted, motivated work is important at Odlo and is supported using staff development tools and annual performance reviews and target agreements.

 

Within our stores, a wide range of interesting tasks intertwine, all contributing to the presentation of Odlo in a high-quality and appealing manner. The stores are located in extremely interesting shopping locations, with no one store the same as another!
The premises are tailored to the specific local conditions at the site. Odlo stands for innovation and top quality – this is something we try to reflect in each individual outlet and brand store.
