Nina and Jenny Milan Header

It was a successful start to the Olympic season for our Scott-Odlo ambassadors! Four-time world champion Nino Schurter secured victory in the first international race of the mountain bike season in Milan, IT on Sunday. In a spectacular sprint against Marco Aurelio Fontana, the Scott-Odlo leader made his way past in the closing stages to grab victory from a matter of centimetres.

Hard training seems to pay off and if you have watched the latest episode of Hunt for Glory, Chapter 9, you can see why.

Scott-Odlo teammate Michiel Van der Heijden also achieved a great result to begin the season, finishing 6th.

In the women's category, 22-year old Jenny Rissveds - the only female member of the Scott Odlo MTB-Racing Team - also found herself standing atop the podium as she claimed victory. She finished ahead of Evie Richards and Kathrin Stirnemann.

Congratulations to all the Scott-Odlo team after a fantastic start to the 2016 season!

Next weekend the Swiss Cup will start in Rivera, in the beautiful Ticino. We wish all the riders good luck but first some good and effective training days in Massa Vecchia, Tuscany, IT.
